We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and paid ads. You’ll also work closely with the team to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels. Office location: Tetovo or Skopje

Responsibilities:

Researching and creating quality, relevant, and compelling content such as blog posts, paid ads, and social media posts;
Composing and sending marketing emails and newsletters to the target audience;
Creating social media reports and analyzing metrics for optimization purposes;
Working individually and collaborating with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for improving visibility and engagement;
Collaborating closely with other relevant teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives;
Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.

Skills:

Superb written and oral communication skills in English;
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social media scheduler, Mailchimp or similar mass email sender, etc.)
Creative thinker able to propose ideas for different campaigns following the branding guidelines;
Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills;
Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education:

University degree in English Language, Marketing, e-Business, and/or equivalent;
Certification in digital marketing can be an added advantage.

Would be considered a plus

Experience managing social media channels or any other type of marketing.
